Web Design Tips : Templates
More and more people are using the web everyday to communicate ideas and information than ever before. Estimates indicate that close to 1 in 6 people in the world are using the Internet now. This means more people are going to want their own web presence whether its a full fledged website or their own blog. With the increase in web users comes an increase in the number of web designers. It's also no secret that it's very easy to copy a web style that one may like, just by viewing the source in the browser you are using. There are also a number of template sites that offer already built web pages that a person can look at and use for a small fee and edit to fit their own purposes. Some template sites even offer designs for free in exchange for usage acknowledgement. Thus, it's tougher and tougher for a web designer to make a living when there are already sites for sale and more web savvy individuals are taking matters into their own hands and building sites themselves.
Currently Copper Cactus Graphics is in the process of developing it's own templates for use. Click on the Templates link in the navigation bar above or just click here to view them. If clients don't see a template they like, CCG also suggests to visit other template sites and get an idea for the kind of design they want. Then once a design is chosen, the template can be purchased and CCG can edit the template to the client's satisfaction. This certainly saves the client time and money. Or the client can still request a custom site that may be based on an existing template.
